We're finally home after a long 8 hour drive! Yesterday we spent the entire day at the beach! Me & Maureen went out into the actual ocean to play in the waves and foraging for shells for hours, while Deena & pauleen stayed mostly with mommy under the tent! Mommy spent the entire time on her yoga mat reading a yoga book! So classy! ;) As you can imagine, me and maureen are horribly horribly burnt despite slathering on tons of sunscreen!
Its sooo painful to even walk or put clothes on :'( and don't get me started on showers!But despite the sunburn, it was totally worth it! I just loveee beaches! Hopefully we can go to Florida or some really nice beach with coral reefs and lots of shells next summer, since im a shell collecting maniac! I bought a shell necklace at a giftshop & we went to Genghis Grill for dinner.
